This cabinet was just a run-of-the-mill (although it was custom built) kitchen cabinet. The owner wanted a pop of color in her kitchen so we decided on red (which I have been waiting to do for a long time now). Well it's red!

Primed in black, did 3-4 coats of the red, then glazed with straight stain. The stain just gave the red a little more depth and toned it down a little.

color = Heartthrob SW (made him tint it a little darker)
stain = Special Walnut Minwax
